Shift: Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What You’ll Do:

As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in our daily operations—ensuring shipments arrive on time, loads are optimized, and our customers are happy. You’ll be the go-to person for planning, coordinating, and troubleshooting shipments across a variety of lanes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily shipments across multiple customers with precision.

• Schedule pickups and deliveries based on transit times and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with customers to quickly resolve issues and identify areas for improvement.

• Create daily routing and dispatch schedules for drivers and equipment to ensure timely service.

• Communicate accessorial charges to carriers and customers promptly.

• Monitor carrier performance and suggest routing adjustments to boost efficiency.

• Select and tender freight to carriers based on both cost and service needs.

• Stay current with DOT regulations (interstate & intrastate), HOS rules, permits, weight limits, and more.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, dispatching, or drayage coordination.

• Deep knowledge of shipping, logistics, and import/export operations.

• Skilled in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication skills – you’re clear, confident, and collaborative.

• Top-notch organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• A problem-solver’s mindset and keen attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.

Pay Range:$78,000.00 - $80,000.00
