GBS Logistics is announcing the opening of recruitment for the position of Logistics Specialist with German.

Key responsibilities:
- Creating transport documentation for warehouse, which is needed for preparation of shipments
- Creating dangerous goods documents needed for ADR shipments
- Manage transportation process from the planning to successful delivery Execution of outbound, intercompany and inbound transportation plans
- Planning of shipping requests for all required transport modes according to the agreed business requirements
- Daily communication with carriers / customer service depts. / warehouses regarding all freight matters
- Act as primary contact for any transportation & delivery questions.
- Taking care to provide service with best quality, low cost and timely deliveries
- Support strategic “ad-hoc” logistics projects
- Organizing customs clearance for shipments out of EU
Qualifications:
- Interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English & German both verbal and written
- Oracle - shipping clerk role – good knowledge will be an asset
- Goal oriented person with analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Focus on results, drive change, promote teamwork, build trust & respect, understand market & customer perspective
- Experience in transportation / logistics / supply chain related field as an advantage
