Job Summary
Responsible for managing the flow of materials and products through the supply chain while ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role involves overseeing product holds and releases, managing inventory discrepancies, coordinating with quality control teams, and facilitating the resolution of quality issues that impact logistics operations. The position ensures smooth and efficient processing, safeguarding product integrity and regulatory compliance.
What are we looking for?

Experience (3+ years) in logistics, operations, quality control, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and quality control systems.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams.

Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), and SAP beneficial
What would be your key responsibilities?

Manage and monitor holds and releases for products in the supply pipeline, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with the logistics, production, and quality teams to identify and address any issues causing holds on shipments.

Work with inventory control teams to ensure proper tracking and reporting of held items and their release status.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve product release issues promptly and efficiently.

Ensure that all products in the supply chain meet company quality standards by reviewing quality control documentation and performing inspections when necessary.

Support the investigation of quality failures or product defects and assist in root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Ensure all materials meet regulatory and company quality standards before they are shipped or released to customers.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement programs, initiatives, and training.

Oversee inventory discrepancies by working with the inventory and quality teams to perform audits and reconcile product issues.

Act as a point of contact for escalations related to product quality and logistics issues, resolving concerns in a timely manner
