Operations at TRACTIAN
The operations team is responsible for turning our IoT devices into reality. We strive to make the impossible possible and are deeply goal-oriented. We integrate hardware, production, quality, and supply and we're in charge of the whole manufacturing process of our hardware, from the purchase of components to the final adapting of our devices to meet strict international criteria.
What you'll do
As a Logistics Analyst at Tractian, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing inbound logistics processes and inventory management. Your role will focus on ensuring the efficient and timely arrival of raw materials, maintaining accurate stock levels, and supporting the overall inventory flow. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor stock accuracy, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to streamline the inbound process. Your work will be critical in ensuring that material availability aligns with production needs and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize inbound logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materials
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify opportunities for process improvements in inbound operations
- Support inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and cycle counting
- Track performance metrics (KPIs) related to inbound operations and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and other teams to ensure material availability and avoid supply disruptions
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing inbound logistics operations and inventory control
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
