Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee, track, facilitate, and document the supply chain of equipment and supplies at the base of operations. 

  • Conduct weekly cycle counting and document on Operative IQ. 

  • Order inventory as needed to maintain par levels. 

  • Partner with Logistics Manager and Operations Manager to ensure inventory needs are being met for all operations. 

  • Arrange inventory and restock supplies and equipment in the designated warehouse and office areas. 

  • Receive shipments and report quantities on the inventory tracking system. 

  • Assist clinical staff at the start of their shift by ensuring they have all supplies and equipment needed for their day. 

  • Verify inventory levels on field units and stock as needed. 

  • Resolve issues and coordinate maintenance of clinical equipment. 

  • Assist with vehicle maintenance, including: 

  • Monitor, track, and transport vehicles for regular maintenance. 

  • Transport or coordinate transportation of vehicles with issues.

  • Coordinate or perform the cleaning of vehicles.

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining vaccine inventory and temperature records for cold storage devices. 

  • Ensure personnel keep the site location in a clean, sanitary, and functional condition. 

  • Collect staff availability and schedule staff on Deputy. 

  • Timecard approval as needed. 

  • Assist in monitoring staff callouts to the Just Call line. 

  • Provides other duties are required. Including but not limited to: 

  • Perform administrative functions including but not limited to correspondence via telephone, e-mail, and other media. 

  • Assist in processing data by analyzing reports, spreadsheets, etc. 

  • Take notes and minutes at meetings and distribute them to attendees. 

  • Perform data entry into a variety of computer-based systems. 

  • Collaborate with other departments as needed. 

  • Attend meetings and prepare reports as requested. 

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, associate degree preferred. 

  • Valid CA Driver’s License (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record  

  • 1 year Logistics/supply chain experience or equivalent (required) 

  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite  

  • Tech-savvy or comfortable with technology  

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language 

  • Attention to detail 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
