Position: Transportation Manager
As a Transportation Manager at First Student, you'll be a key leader, reflecting our commitment to safety and customer service. You’ll work closely with school officials, managing passenger logistics, route scheduling, fleet maintenance, and safety operations. You'll also have full responsibility for hiring, performance management, and coaching your team to meet location and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve positive results.
• Analyze and make decisions based on financial data.
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a customer-first approach.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of people management experience, ideally in transportation.
• Proven track record of meeting performance metrics.
• Experience managing operational expenses, including budgeting and financial analysis.
