What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic local community manager who is a catalyst for driving sales growth, is highly adaptable, and is able to enhance Custom Ink’s brand presence within the community through in-person engagement at our local hub. This role is ideal for a proactive team member with a strong track record in sales, fostering long-term customer relationships, and community engagement.

4+ years of experience in sales or a high-volume customer service role.

Proven ability to drive sales and develop strategies for market growth.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

Experience with Google Suite and comfort with learning new technological systems; Salesforce proficiency is a plus.

Ability to travel within the local market as needed (minimum 10%).

This role is 100% onsite and requires a consistent in-person presence to engage with the local community and drive business growth.
Compensation:
We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.

For this salaried exempt position, the annual base salary is $60,000 plus a performance bonus targeted at 15% of base salary, tied to individual/company performance and continued retention. Compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.

What you’ll do:

Drive local sales initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

Proactively engage with the community through events, local outreach, and strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and penetration.

Regularly connect with customers via phone, email, and in-person to strengthen the relationship between the Local Community Manager, Custom Ink, and the client.

Provide exceptional service by aligning our offerings with customer needs using various training tools.

Maintain high standards of operation and productivity within the local market.

Actively participate in and contribute to local commerce and networking groups.

Enhance Custom Ink’s visibility and reputation within the community through active engagement and promotional events.

Collaborate with neighboring markets to ensure cohesive brand representation and community involvement.
