About the Role:
Our global People Team is looking for a Workday LMS Administrator who will be responsible for managing and supporting the Workday Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves collaborating with Learning & Development teams, the People team, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective deployment and utilization of learning programs. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday, learning management systems, and a strong understanding of training and development practices. This role is a hybrid role, based in Managua, Nicaragua and will report to the Head of Corporate Learning and Development.
You Will:

Support the creation, setup, and maintenance of learning content and courses in Workday LMS.

Project manage the calendar of mandatory/compliance training.

Ensure that all courses and training materials are properly categorized and accessible to the relevant employees.

Create and manage reports to track learning progress, completion rates, and overall effectiveness of training programs.

Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in the organization’s learning offerings.

Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data findings.

Act as a liaison between Learning & Development, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth LMS operations.

Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the LMS effectively.

Respond to user inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed.

Stay up to date on Workday LMS features and best practices.

Ensure proper data integrity and confidentiality when managing employee learning records.
You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

2-4 years of experience managing and administering an LMS, ideally in a Workday environment. Experience with Workday LMS or similar systems is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of learning management systems and HRIS platforms.

Proficient in Workday functionality, particularly related to Learning and Development.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate and interpret reports and data.

Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and users.

Demonstrates organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of learning and development principles and best practices.
