In this position, you will get to:
- Design lightning protection systems in accordance with NFPA 780/UL 96A using computer-aided design software such as REVIT, AutoCAD and nVent ERICO’s proprietary lightning protection system design software
- Review engineering construction drawings and specifications to ensure submittal includes required information to produce an accurate design
- Interpret customer requirements and generate technical documentation to meet customer requirements
- Ability to produce detail drawings for documentation
You have:
- Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience with drafting and design
- 2+ years’ experience with CAD and/or BIM software
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft office, ERP/PLM Systems)
- Strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional team work and interpersonal skills
