Job Description

The Role:

We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Light Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team! This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Expanding our customer base and converting leads into sales
  • Acting as the primary customer contact throughout the sales process
  • Delivering accurate designs and quotes in line with company standards
  • Participating in industry events to stay ahead of market trends
  • Providing detailed sales reports and forecasts

The role is performance based and to succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with the ability to smash sales targets and KPIs and a current and clean driver’s license.

  • A proven track record in sales and business development, with the drive to exceed targets and KPIs
  • A natural ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, confidently generating new leads
  • A proactive approach to identifying and creating new business opportunities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to connect with clients and stakeholder effectively
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
  • A current and clean NZ Drivers licence
