SupplyHouse.com, an innovative and industry leading e-commerce company, is looking to add a talented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to our Marketing team! This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing all customer communication channels, including email, SMS, and direct mail, to enhance customer engagement, retention, and drive revenue growth. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, and creative teams to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that deliver personalized, impactful messaging to our customers.
This is a remote-based role within select states in the United States. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
A company laptop and other necessary equipment will be provided along with a $250 stipend for your work from home space.

Schedule: Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. However, there is some flexibility as per our Flex-Time Policy.
Salary: $100,000-115,000 (Annually)
Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all email marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and lifecycle emails
- Segment customer lists based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to deliver personalized and relevant email content
- Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and continuously optimize email campaigns to improve results
- Collaborate with creative teams to design visually appealing and responsive email templates
- Ensure email campaigns align with brand voice and customer expectations
- SMS Campaigns
- Develop a SMS strategy, including identifying and onboarding a SMS platform, and lead the planning and execution of new SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, product sales, and brand loyalty
- Develop automated SMS flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, order confirmations, and promotions
- Maintain compliance with SMS marketing regulations (e.g., TCPA) and ensure customers are properly opted in/out
- Analyze SMS performance and optimize for engagement and ROI
- Direct Mail Campaigns
- Oversee the development, execution, and tracking of direct mail campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, and product promotion
- Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to design compelling direct mail pieces and target the right customer segments
- Manage the printing, fulfillment, and delivery process, ensuring timely execution and high-quality materials
- Measure direct mail response rates and continually adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness
- Cross-Channel Integration
- Create integrated campaigns that leverage email, SMS, and direct mail to build cohesive customer journeys
- Ensure consistency in messaging, timing, and offers across all channels to provide a seamless customer experience
- Use customer data and insights to refine targeting, messaging, and personalization strategies across all platforms
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and share insights with stakeholders
- Utilize A/B testing, multivariate testing, and analytics to optimize campaigns continuously
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in CRM marketing, with a strong focus on email, SMS, and direct mail
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Mailchimp, or similar) and SMS tools (e.g., Postscript, Attentive, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of direct mail processes, including creative development, list targeting, printing, and fulfillment
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills; experience working with Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Knowledge of CRM best practices, customer lifecycle strategies, and industry regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
- Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
