Traffic Leader to support the activities inherent to the traffic area controlling and registering transport requisition, receiving and sending evidence of delivery to customer service, capture and control of files that allow a quick and reliable response to internal and external customers of the company to join our Logistics Team
Job responsibilities
1.- Ensure compliance with the requirements, standards, policies and procedures of the ISO 9001, TL 9000, 5S's, LEAN and SIGMA SOS systems, monitoring and promoting their application in throughout the Company, in order to align all activities carried out with the Company's Organizational Culture.
2.- Comply with the requirements, standards, policies and procedures of the systems applicable under his charge, supervising and promoting their implementation and observance in order to align all the activities carried out with the Organizational Culture of the company.
3.- Receipt and control of evidence of delivery (POD Tetla and CALE), performing activities of capturing, scanning, entering evidence to the intranet, SAP and sending documentation to the corresponding areas for collection.
4.- Support in the request of cargo transportation (Tetla, CALE) national and international in USA and LATAM, according to monthly, weekly and daily load plans issued by Shipping Leader, monitoring the status of cargo and delivery to the customer.
5.- Generation purchasing requisition, prepare payment requests from carrier lines
6.- Generation and sending file to payments area to support all request service
7.- Generation and sending of forms to carriers for the issuance of bill of lading.
8.- Feedback to IS on the status of shipments.
9.- Support document updates on customer portals to ensure carrier access at destination
10.- Ensure compliance with the loading plan and timely entry of units to the plant.
11.- Rotating First and second shift Monday to Saturday
