Legal Operations Specialist
The eDiscovery Legal Operations Specialist provides support services within the legal department and to third-party partner law firms in the form of information identification, preservation and legal hold, collection, processing, review and production related to a variety of legal matters pertinent to the company.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitors, manages and updates processes associated with company’s eDiscovery (electronic discovery) legal, compliance and business requirements.
- Works with company attorneys and outside counsel on the compliant and efficient management of potentially responsive information supporting multiple legal areas and business needs, including but not limited to litigation, employment law, and third-party subpoenas.
- Supports relationships with external eDiscovery technology and data management vendors.
- Provides subject matter expertise regarding efficient management of eDiscovery data, including proper use of protocols to limit volumes and cost associated with data collection and review.
- Develops and follows established best practices and standard operating procedures regarding information security, data protection, and privacy requirements associated with confidential data management.
- Supports development and management for other information governance processes impacted by eDiscovery services, including matter management and records management.

- 7+ years of eDiscovery experience
- Experience with standard eDiscovery technologies including RelativityOne and Encase
- Experience supporting large legal matters and large volumes of data

Base Pay Range: $88,500/yr. - $126,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
