ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a qualified and ambitious lawyer to join our dynamic In-House Legal Team as Legal Counsel supporting the UK and Ireland. Based in Madrid, this is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and law in a rapidly expanding international scale-up.
You will provide critical legal support across the UK and Ireland, working closely with regional and global teams to ensure compliance, navigate complex legal challenges, and contribute to the company's continued success in these key markets.

You will be expected to execute the following for your region:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of documents (both B2B and consumer-facing) including services agreements, production agreements, partner deals, and e-commerce terms and conditions of sales.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant consumer legislation and advertising laws, following market practices
- Be the point of reference for and provide proactive advice on evolving legal and regulatory frameworks impacting Fever’s business and day-to-day operations in the regionSupport corporate governance, entity management, and corporate expansion activities as required in the UK and/or Ireland region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and business teams, identifying and mitigating legal risks while enabling commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritize and manage diverse legal matters.
- Maintain and update legal templates, guides, and processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on relevant legal issues, policies, and compliance matters.
- Contribute to the team’s knowledge sharing, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.
In order to be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a practising UK or Irish barred lawyer with 4+ years PQE in top-tier law firms or companies (experience in e-commerce, FMCG or consumer facing business a plus).
- Be an effective communicator (communicating matters clearly and simply to non-legal stakeholders) who brings emotional intelligence to work. Professional proficiency in a language additional to English is a plus.
- Bring experience working across various commercial and corporate practice areas, on international projects, fast paced environments, or with global teams.
- Be a team player who is adaptable and eager to learn.
