Your Tasks

  • Draft and negotiate enforceable contracts relating to intellectual property legal services, software, and IT.
  • Advise the business units, Business Development, Marketing, IT, etc. in the EMEA region in a broad range of legal matters
  • Advise management on international corporate legal matters and establishment of new entities, and intragroup agreements
  • Develop, and maintain templates in accordance with global strategy and local laws
  • Manage and confer with outside counsel on disputes and formal litigation
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of the department's internal processes and knowledge

Your Profile

  • Law degree from a European university with above-average results and 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or a recognized corporate law firm is a must
  • Legal all-rounder with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, and a proven interest in business law, intellectual property, as well as IT, and software
  • Excellent English language skills are a must; a good command of another language, especially German, is a plus
  • Accustomed to cope with varying demands and tasks at a time
  • Strong business orientation and commercial sense
  • Service-oriented towards external customers and colleagues with excellent interdisciplinary and intercultural communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality and ambitious towards achieving objectives
  • Critical mind-set, great attention to detail, a structured and autonomous working style
  • Strong team orientation
