Primary Position Objective:
Under basic Manager guidance, the Strategy, Systems & Analytics Analyst II will provide support for various strategic projects, system, tool & process enhancements, analytics, reporting, and business management needs across the Learning & Development organization. The Analyst will utilize various business applications, analytics tools, and other technologies to support their projects and in the development of their solutions.
Essential Functions:
Provide intermediate level support for projects that drive a cohesive business management and operational strategy across Learning and Development.
Deliver intermediate level support for process improvement and automation initiatives leveraging various automation and workflow tools including support including support for data analytics, reporting, and data-related infrastructure projects.
Provide intermediate level support for the build out and delivery of self-serve resources, including dashboards, templates, and other tools.
Deliver intermediate level support for detailed vendor evaluation, onboarding, implementation, enablement, and payment projects and processes.
Provide intermediate level support for projects related to enhancing the User Experience and capabilities of our Learning Platforms, SharePoint sites, and other tools.
Provide intermediate level Project Management support required to deliver projects of a basic complexity and partner involvement.
Effectively collaborate with key partners, including Tech, People Analytics, and Supplier Management.
Required Qualifications:
Possesses and demonstrates desire to consistently upskill, leverage experience to improve on prior deliveries, and maintain an elevated level of intellectual curiosity.
Has advanced level Microsoft Office Suite skills (Microsoft Office products). Skills include knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and other Excel functions, and proficiency with advanced Microsoft apps/products/tools including Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.
Possesses intermediate level presentation building, design, and delivery skills - leveraging PowerPoint and Dashboards to create visually appealing and meaningful presentations, with experience presenting effectively to peers and direct leadership.
Experience interpreting and analyzing complex data including the ability to draw conclusions and provide recommendations.
Possesses strong problem-solving skills including root cause identification, performing needs and gap analyses, performing discovery, and determining solutions. Demonstrates ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to peers and direct leadership.
Possesses a strong level of proficiency with performing discovery, gathering, consulting on, and communicating system and process requirements.
Possesses and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment and supports building collaborative partner relationships.
Possesses highly effective personal organizational skills and ability to focus on multiple complex tasks and projects at once. Demonstrates strong ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners to achieve a common goal, including the determination, ownership, and follow-through of personal tasks needed to support projects involving multiple team members.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of experience in HR, technology, data & analytics, or other relevant fields.
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Power Query with analyzing and transforming data efficiently, including Power Query Editor to edit and run queries.
Intermediate level experience with Databases and data modeling.
Intermediate level experience with executing User and Performance testing plans.
Intermediate level experience with process mapping and improvement.
Intermediate level experience drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Intermediate level experience with Supplier Management, general procurement processes, and contract concepts.
Intermediate level familiarity with Agile delivery methodology.

Annual Salary
$65,600.00 - $129,150.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
