This role works collaboratively with peers across the Mars University Learning and the Strategic Capabilities to enable a strong culture of learning at Mars. This role designs innovative and engaging learning experiences and utilizes content, resources and modalities that are scalable, actionable, and easily consumed. This role embraces user centricity and innovation, ensuring that we are bringing the best of learning and development trends to our associates in a way that enables learning the flow of work. 

 
What will be your key responsibilities? 

  • You will design solution for and oversee the creation of learning experiences grounded in adult learning theories, ensuring activities effectively engage learners and reinforce learning objectives. 

  • You will oversee the design and development of learning deliverables that support business goals. 

  • You will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the deliverables and make recommendations for improvements with vendors or internal designers.  

  • You will apply accessibility standards to create inclusive learning experiences. 

 

What are we looking for? 

  • You will have experience in a business partnership or consulting.  

  • You will have previously worked in various aspects of learning and development lifecycle,  

  • You will have knowledge and/or experience leveraging Design Thinking/UX Practises.  

  • You will gain a perspective on the needs of our Mars learner population gained through direct experience engaging with Mars Associates.
