Internships are Monday through Friday for 40 hours a week. The intern will work on the development of learning content for adult learners of multiple languages.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with Senior L&D Management and Learning Experience Design (LXD) to support development and deployment of end-to-end learning experiences for employees of different functions across the globe

Revise, rewrite, and refine learning experience design process and project documentation based on feedback from the LXD team and senior L&D management

Collaborate across L&D department to execute administrative processes associated with implementing new learning delivery architecture
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, preferably working toward a Master’s
-
3-5 years of related experience, preferably with adult learners in a corporate environment

Experience in developing learning curricula for adults and multilingual learners, especially for eLearning corporate environments and maintaining learning repositories and content management systems

Knowledge of instructional design models, standards and workflows

Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organization skills

Language proficiency in English, Chinese and additional languages are helpful

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe and learning management systems

Graphic design skills are encouraged but not required

Dates: Monday, June 2nd to Friday, August 8th (10 weeks)
