We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist - Sales Training to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Sales and Customer Enablement teams. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Enablement, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact sales training programs that equip our teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to drive business growth. Your ability to create engaging learning experiences, optimize onboarding processes, and improve knowledge retention will be essential to enhancing team performance and achieving strategic objectives.
This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for learning and development, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and experience working with sales teams in fast-paced environments. This is a hybrid position, 3x a week in-office at our New York City office location.

Essential Job Duties
- Design, develop, and implement enablement programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and effectiveness of sales and customer success teams.
- Lead and facilitate onboarding programs for new sales hires to accelerate their time-to-productivity.
- Develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, playbooks, role-playing exercises, and interactive training sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align training initiatives with business goals and sales strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess training effectiveness, measure learning retention, and refine programs to optimize performance.
- Conduct ongoing sales coaching and reinforcement training to ensure long-term skill development and adoption of best practices.
- Manage and maintain a learning management system (LMS) and other training tools to ensure easy access to training materials and resources.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, sales methodologies, and learning technologies to continuously enhance training programs.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in enablement, training, sales operations, customer success, or a related function.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of enablement initiatives across the organization.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs, playbooks, and enablement resources to enhance team performance.
- Proven experience designing and delivering sales training programs that drive measurable improvements in performance.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training facilitation best practices.
- Hands-on experience developing e-learning content, sales playbooks, and interactive training materials.
- Experience with The GAP selling methodology and experience coaching teams on effective sales strategies.
- Experience managing and maintaining LMS platforms, sales enablement tools, and learning technologies.
- Possess a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Can adapt to rapidly changing environments and work well with cross-functional teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $100,000 - $115,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
