Job Description:
We are looking for a Learning Catalog Operations Management to join our team.
Responsibilities - your mission

Maintain and build documents and guidelines on Learning Catalog Management and its stakeholders

Interface with the different actors involved in the TCO learning curricula deployment
-
Support the catalogue specialist in bringing the existing documentation up to date with the new tools ecosystem, processes, network and maintenance rules.

Create and maintain new documents to reflect any new framework or rules prescribed by the Competence & Learning organization's strategy.

Data preparation & recovery projects: Support the catalogue specialist on several catalog data quality assessment projects, including data repair action plans and data files preparation as well as follow up meetings with the actors involved.

Support the client on the change management linked to the implementation of any new catalog framework and/ or rules transformation.

Support the catalogue specialist with regular follow up meetings for each project phase.

Liaise with the actors involved in the project i.e. HULT HO, HUL communication focal point, LBPs, Mobile Learning project team, CSoD Product PO, reporting team, support teams to ensure a smooth run mode of versioning and dynamic learner assignments.
