Job Description:

What Will My Role Involve?

• General administration tasks
• Booking appointments to discuss education and resettlement opportunities
• Dealing with general enquiries from service personnel
• Data entry tasks
• Updating the internal database

After a full induction and initial training programme, you will join our team full-time, with time set aside so you can continue working towards your professional qualification. Once you have completed this, you will put all of your knowledge to fantastic use and decide what’s next for your career!

What Are We Looking For?

We’re not looking for previous experience or a career history. We want someone who’s eager to learn, adapt, work hard, and contribute new ideas. It could very well be your enthusiasm and fresh perspective that helps us find new and better ways of working! This role will be based in Portsmouth.  We’ll give you all the support you need, with a structured induction programme to prepare you for the role, a buddy to answer your questions, a career coach to offer you advice and set development goals, and regular check-ins with your team manager.

To comply with eligibility guidelines, you’ll need to provide evidence of /confirm the following:

• You’ll be aged 18 or older, and will not be in full-time education at the apprenticeship start date
• You do not hold a qualification in a related subject area at the same level or above
• Proof of residence in England for the duration of your apprenticeship
• Must be able to obtain SC clearance
