JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Manager, Leadership Effectiveness, The Leadership Effectiveness Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and maintaining an overall organizational effectiveness strategy. They will coordinate programming efforts responsible for improving management, leadership, and organizational design and effectiveness, enabling the broader team to meet and exceed its goals and objectives. This position will also serve as the Administrative Point of Contact for Holtec Palisades and the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations.
JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the station’s Administrative Point of Contact (APOC) with the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO). Support and organize site preparations for INPO assessments.
- Assist with the coordination of relationships across the company, partnering with leaders and HR to support individual department and organizational effectiveness needs to achieve desired business results.
- Coordinate initiatives with the Leadership Team and organizationally that contribute to long-term organizational excellence.
- Coordinates individual and site recognition functions. Engages in continuous improvement (ECI) to improve practices. Perform field observations of personnel to reinforce standards and expectations and identify gaps in performance.
- Assist with the identification, tracking, and analyze metrics to measure organizational design and effectiveness related issues to ensure solutions meet the needs of the Palisades organization and are aligned with the strategic goals and objectives on an ongoing basis.
- Communicate and represent the Palisades culture and value, working to build and institute consistent opportunities and vehicles to the entire team to embody and experience the culture through events, team building, retreats, etc.
- Coaching managers on a variety of management and change management topics for both current concerns and issues and future organizational growth and effectiveness.
- Facilitate the use of the latest tools, technologies, and techniques in support of the Palisades needs and strategic plan.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and training sessions for talent development initiatives.
- Serve as a member of the site Emergency Response Organization
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum experience required of the position:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, or education or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years in Organizational Development role preferred.
- Previous facilitation or classroom instruction experience preferred.

Holtec International is a global turnkey supplier of equipment and services for the Nuclear, Solar, Geothermal, and Fossil Power Generation sectors of the energy and petrochemical industry.
