Job Description:

The Lead Workforce Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and guiding the team to achieve milestones for Data Services caseload. They are responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Lead Workforce Specailsits also provide support and training to team members, helping them develop their skills and improve performance. They collaborate with other departments to align team efforts with broader company objectives. Additionally, the Lead Workforce Specialist monitor and analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

The Compensation range for this role is 21.97 - 43.94 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
