The Talent Acquisition lead will oversee the organization’s recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role will focus on building a strong employer brand, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and managing a high-performing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the current job market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment initiatives.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals to achieve hiring targets.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the talent acquisition team.
  • Sourcing and Recruitment:
    • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
    • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Enhance the company’s employer brand through effective marketing and outreach initiatives.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
    • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
  • Budget Management:

Manage the recruitment budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to maximize results.
