ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead, Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be pivotal in leading and driving our Director and Vice President level recruitment efforts while partnering with other Talent Acquisition team members on our more specialized roles. You will bring expertise in executive-level search, collaborate cross-functionally, and employ innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent. Location: Lehi, UT / Hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead Senior-Level Searches: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Director and Vice President level searches, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for senior-level talent. Proactively build talent pipelines, leveraging your network, industry insights, and advanced search techniques.
  • Partnership & Collaboration: Partner closely with other Talent Acquisition team members on their most difficult or long-standing searches. Provide guidance and mentorship on best practices, while helping to troubleshoot and resolve any obstacles preventing successful hires.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership, HR partners, and hiring managers to understand talent needs, refine job specifications, and drive alignment throughout the recruiting process. Ensure a collaborative and transparent approach.
  • Market Insights & Reporting: Stay up to date on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability. Provide actionable insights and feedback to hiring teams on the recruitment landscape.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance, maintaining a high level of professionalism and consistency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Process Improvement & Best Practices: Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness. Share best practices within the team and contribute to the development of recruiting tools, templates, and training.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Actively promote and implement strategies that attract diverse candidates and ensure a fair and equitable selection process.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5+ years focused on senior-level recruitment, including Director and Vice President roles in the technology or related industry.
  • Strong Network: Proven ability to build and leverage a strong network of senior talent, particularly in technology-focused roles. Comfortability with both active and passive sourcing techniques.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring or guiding a team of recruiters, providing coaching and support to help them tackle complex searches.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple senior searches simultaneously and drive them to closure.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with senior leadership, influence hiring decisions, and build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus), talent management software, and advanced sourcing tools. 
  • Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership regarding the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. 
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
