Join us and be a part of our amazing team!Job SummaryAs a part of our continued expansion, Targray requires the services of Technical Lead/ Lead Full stack developer to join the Information Technology engineering team based at our India office in Gurgaon, Haryana.Responsibilities
- Reporting to Engineering Manager – Trade & Ops. Tech the role will focus on designing and developing solutions to support the commercial and operations applications in the organization. This role will be instrumental in developing the strategic trading and operations applications that are critical to Targray’s commercial success.
- Design and Development of UI/Front end screens as well as business logic functions using C#/.NET.
- Provide support to existing applications built on ASP.NET Web Forms.
- Foster adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
- Create, maintain, and enforce standards, guidelines, and best practices for SDLC and code quality management.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to other developers.
- Coordinate with multiple teams or vendors as and when required.
- Provide application support level III when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, MCA, BTech.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in implementing Architecture and Design Patterns in the applications.
- Experience in building secure and performant applications.
- Strong knowledge on C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, Web APIs, Web services.
- Programming experience in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, Responsive Design, HTML5, CSS
- Understanding of web technology stack, including HTTP, REST, cookies, caching, and asset loading.
- Strong experience in writing complex business logic in SQL queries using stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Experience in using TFS or GIT for code maintenance.
- Experience in debugging applications for defect analysis.
- As part of this role, learning or having prior experience in application development using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) suite will be mandatory/be an asset.
- Domain knowledge/ developing software in commodity trading and risk management is a definite advantage.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong Team player with proven ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across functional areas and keep key stakeholders informed.
- Customer service-orientated approach, with the capability to work in agile environments and demonstrate flexibility in an evolving business landscape.
- Should be a highly motivated, disciplined, and collaborative person with open mindedness, problem solving and great time management skills.
- Experience in working in SQL Server or Azure databases.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines to deliver projects with quality.
- Ability to quickly align with rapidly changing business priorities.
- Candidate should have excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Assets
- Experience in working in DevOps Environment with Azure.
- Experience in providing technical coaching to the junior developers.
- Hands on experience in .NET Web Forms
