Lead Salesforce Developer

Position Title: Lead Salesforce DeveloperLocation: McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, TaguigWork Arrangements: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Work Schedule: Normal Business HoursPosition Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team. This role is hybrid, requiring a combination of onsite and remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical requirements gathering, architecting solutions, and developing scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and development teams to ensure successful Salesforce implementations, integrations, and optimizations. As a technical leader, you will provide best-practice recommendations and mentor junior developers while ensuring high-quality, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Architecture and Development:

• Lead Salesforce solution design, architecture, and development for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce pages.
• Implement modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and Web Components for customized solutions.
• Optimize Salesforce configurations and integrations with external applications.

Client Engagement and Technical Leadership:

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, offering best-practice recommendations on CRM strategies and systems architecture.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to define business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Architect creative solutions that address business challenges and technical constraints.
• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.

Project Execution and Team Management:

• Define and execute data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and provide technical solutioning for complex projects.
• Oversee Salesforce implementations and support projects for medium-to-large-scale clients.
• Manage and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Agile Development and Continuous Improvement:

• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Optimize existing solutions through code refactoring and performance tuning.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Proven experience in medium-to-large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
• Proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Design System and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Web Components).
• Experience in data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.
• Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred.
