**Position Overview:**
As a Sales and Commissions Analyst at our leading cyber security company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance through detailed analytics, commission calculations, and strategic planning support. Your expertise will help ensure accurate reporting and resolution of commission discrepancies while providing vital insights for annual planning and strategic meetings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain sales analytics reports that track performance metrics and trends.
- Resolve commission-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure commission structures are clearly understood and accurately implemented.
- Assist in the annual planning process by providing data-driven insights and forecasts.
- Prepare and present reports for strategic meetings, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales analytics or commission management, preferably in the tech or cyber security sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
