Key Responsibilities

Front-of-House & Reception

  • Deliver a consistently professional welcome to all guests, clients, and contractors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all front-of-house enquiries and support.
  • Ensure a high standard of presentation and functionality in reception areas, meeting rooms, and visitor facilities.
  • Manage visitor sign-in, security protocols, and access badges.
  • Anticipate and respond to visitor needs to provide an outstanding experience.

Office Facilities & Collaboration Spaces

  • Oversee refreshments, snacks, and meeting room readiness.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, setups, and AV support.
  • Ensure workspaces are reset and clean after use.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Safety, Security & Accessibility

  • Champion health, safety, and access protocols across all front-of-house areas.
  • Liaise with security regarding passes, ID badges, and safety measures.
  • Provide or coordinate assistance in medical situations.
  • Communicate site rules to guests and ensure compliance with visitor protocols.

Administration & Support

  • Handle general office duties and provide ad-hoc support to the wider facilities team.
  • Support internal events and respond quickly to requests from key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Supervise and support reception colleagues to ensure consistent coverage and service levels.
