We are revolutionizing how enterprise customers configure and secure their cloud SaaS platforms.  As we scale, we are seeking a passionate Lead Quality Engineer who will uphold top-tier quality standards and drive best practices across our products and features.

What You’ll Do

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to help the team perform at its best, building trust and fostering professional growth.
• Test Strategy & Documentation: Estimate and plan testing efforts, create detailed test cases, and manage execution.
• Automation: Prioritize test cases for automation, enhance frameworks, and monitor tests through CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration: Partner with development teams and product owners to balance speed, quality, and business needs.
• Testing: Perform black-box, white-box, functional, system, end-to-end, data integrity, smoke, regression tests and alpha testing.
• Defect Tracking: Meticulously document issues with clear steps, logs, and error details.
• Quality Gatekeeping: Ensure high-quality design and code by educating contributors and setting robust standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, refine processes, and contribute to quality engineering guilds.

Who You Are

• Leader & Mentor: Passionate about guiding teams, winning trust, and sharing knowledge to foster a culture of excellence.
• Forward-Thinking: Skilled at anticipating risks, shaping solutions, and effectively communicating mitigation plans to leadership.
• Experienced: 8+ years in Quality Engineering, with a background in driving test strategies and automation frameworks.
• Technical:  Demonstrated proficiency in Python, Kubernetes, CI/CD, SaaS environments, API testing, and third-party integrations, combined with an ability for deep & thorough understanding of system design and deployment infrastructure.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Self-managed, precise in documenting test cases, and adept at creating execution reports.
• Communicative & Collaborative: Excellent verbal and written skills; comfortable leading discussions and guiding peers.
• Analytical Problem-Solver: Capable of identifying complex issues, devising solutions, and ensuring overall product quality.
