The Role: Lead Quality Analyst

The Team: This position will work in the Polk Automotive Solutions (PAS) Growth Development team. We support the Automotive Insights audience and measurement business, along with data enrichment applications.

The Impact: In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the applications/services we build will have the highest level of quality. Additionally, by using your skills to enable automated testing to our development processes, you will be enabling further efficiencies and quality benchmarks.

• As Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to oversee and lead large and complex projects within an AGILE methodology, manage testing activities like developing a comprehensive test automation strategy., and create or refine processes to lead successful team. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders such as product owners, developers, and other quality assurance team members in a globally diverse team utilizing cutting-edge technologies

Responsibilities:

• Ability to design and implement testing strategy and test plans based on system specifications, business requirements or user stories
• Hands-on experience in Test Automation Tools/Frameworks: Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, TestNG, Jenkins, Maven and Git.
• Extensive experience in test automation framework development with Selenium/Java/Python languages will come in handy in creating new and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts
• Integrate test case execution with the CI/CD pipeline to better align with the DevSecOps strategy
• Excellent interpersonal skills – must be able to work effectively as part of a project/program team and foster team cooperation
• The role requires the candidate to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational / coordination skills, and strong analysis skills as well as familiarity with the testing process within a development effort

What We’re Looking For:

• Post graduate – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of automation experience using Selenium with Java
• Extensive experience in test automation framework development with Selenium/Java/Python languages will come in handy in creating new and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts
• Hands-on experience in Test Automation Tools/Frameworks: Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, TestNG, Jenkins, Maven and Git
