We are seeking a Lead Product Enablement Specialist to design and deliver world-class learning experiences that empower customers, partners, and employees to maximize the value of our IT observability and AIOps solutions.

As a key driver of product adoption and technical proficiency, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and the internal training team to create engaging, role-based learning programs tailored to different user personas. Your work will directly enhance product expertise, drive business outcomes, and support LogicMonitor’s growth.

Design Engaging Learning Experiences

    • Develop interactive, scalable training content, including e-learning courses, videos, simulations, assessments, hands-on labs, podcasts, and more.
    • Apply best practices in instructional design, multimedia learning, and real-world application-based training to maximize engagement and retention.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, digestible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Leverage LMS platforms, AI-powered learning tools, and multimedia production technologies to enhance training delivery and engagement.
    • Continuously update training materials to align with product releases, best practices, and user feedback, incorporating engagement analytics.
    • Innovate with AI-driven learning, gamification, microlearning, and adaptive learning techniques to elevate training impact.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

    • Develop product expertise through self-study, SME discussions, and hands-on practice to quickly become a LogicMonitor expert.
    • Partner with Product, Solutions, Support, and Marketing teams to gather insights, align content with strategic initiatives, and refine training materials.
    • Balance diverse stakeholder expectations while ensuring instructional integrity and a user-centric learning experience.
    • Align with the Global Training team to maintain consistency, quality, and scalability across all enablement programs.
    • Actively contribute to team meetings, quarterly strategy sessions, and working groups to align learning initiatives with business goals.

Develop Deep Product Expertise

    • Become a subject matter expert on the LogicMonitor platform to ensure training materials reflect current product functionality, best practices, and real-world use cases.
    • Understand customer pain points and business goals to create learning experiences that address real-world challenges
    • Ensure all training content aligns with LogicMonitor branding, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Project Management

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and business objectives.
    • Implement structured project plans and rapid prototyping methodologies, incorporating feedback and product updates efficiently.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate risks or blockers to prevent disruptions
    • Utilize project tracking tools to monitor progress, document decisions, and drive seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, IT, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in product enablement, customer education, instructional design, or technical training within SaaS, IT, or observability industries.
  • Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in learning technologies, including:
    • E-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate)
    • Multimedia production software (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere)
    • GenAI tools (ChatGPT, ClueSo, WellSaid)
    • Virtual lab environments (CloudShare, Instruqt)
    • LMS platforms (Skilljar, Intellum, Thought Industries)
    • Enterprise productivity tools (Google Suite, Asana, Confluence)
  • Experience in IT observability, operations, or cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Minimal travel (<10%), with regular in-office collaboration in Austin expected.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:

$94,815$100,000 USD
