A successful Platform Architect drives the design and evolution of scalable and secure platform solutions, aligning technical strategies with business goals. They foster collaboration across teams, mentor architects, and ensure the delivery of a world-class platform that supports application development. Their expertise and leadership are key to realising a robust, innovative, and high-performing platform architecture.

What You Will Do

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and robust platform solutions.
• Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for new platform features and enhancements.
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure best practices in implementations.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Manage a team of platform architects to realise the architecture strategy.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve platform scalability and performance.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards.

What You Will Need to Have

• Extensive experience in architecting large-scale, distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strategic and holistic thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
