As an HR Generalist for our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, you will be a critical link between the HR function and the business, supporting our employees and leaders to drive performance, engagement, and a positive work culture. You will collaborate closely with various teams, providing HR expertise and strategic guidance to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Your role will contribute to building a high-performing, inclusive, and innovative organization that can achieve our company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Experience : 8 to 12 years of experience
Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.
Address employee concerns and feedback, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Performance Management:
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
Coach managers on providing constructive feedback and addressing performance issues.
Identify and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance overall employee productivity.
Learning and Development:
Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and design development programs.
Support the implementation of learning initiatives that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Facilitate training sessions or workshops as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Provide guidance on salary decisions, promotions, and other compensation-related matters.
Ensure compliance with compensation policies and legal requirements.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Partner with leaders to promote company values and maintain a strong employer brand.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Stay updated with labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices align with legal requirements.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. HR certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
