Why is this role important at Similarweb?
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to drive our Prague-based incubation team, focused on developing highly popular B2C products, used by millions of people. You’ll be a key player in architecting solutions, developing new features, and mentoring your team members. We work with a modern tech stack, including Node.js, React, TypeScript, Docker, Redis, and cloud infrastructure management. Our dynamic environment has the spirit of a startup, combined with the stability and benefits of a global tech company.
What will you do?
✅ Lead and develop the team – Mentor and support developers, helping them grow and ensuring efficient development.
✅ Hands-on development – Actively contribute to building key functionalities and optimizing code.
✅ Architect solutions – Take ownership of the technical direction and select the best tools for the job.
✅ Manage infrastructure – Work on optimizing deployment, scaling, and cloud solutions.
✅ Collaborate across teams – Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders.
Are you the right fit?
✔ 5+ years of experience in software development in a full-stack environment.
✔ Experience leading projects or mentoring developers.
✔ Strong understanding of web application architecture and infrastructure solutions.
