The Lead Early Talent & HR Specialist will manage university relationships, coordinate internship programs, and support HR initiatives to enhance talent acquisition.

What you will do:
- Establish and nurture relationships with universities to enhance employer branding.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, college events, and seminars to attract top talent. Engage students before, during, and after events to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Campus Hiring Support (in Partnership with HRBP & Business Teams)
- Define hiring needs and identify target universities based on business requirements. Educate students about the company’s culture, values, career opportunities, and benefits. Oversee final project allocations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.Internship Program Development & Management & design, implement, and continuously refine the internship program to align with business goals and industry best practices.
- Manage a large cohort of interns (~200 annually), ensuring a structured, engaging, and development-focused experience. Track and analyze program performance metrics, including retention rates, intern satisfaction, and conversion to full-time employment. Assign mentors or buddies to each intern to enhance their experience and provide guidance throughout the internship.
- Coordinate between HRBPs and universities to facilitate seamless intern-to-employee transitions.
- Gather continuous feedback and report on key recruiting metrics such as campus hiring success, conversion rates, and diversity representation. Conduct regular check-ins with interns and their mentors or managers to provide support, address concerns, and ensure smooth progress. On ground support to HR Partner to execute various HR processes and initiatives as per Talent agenda & engage with HR CoEs, HR Ops and other internal teams as per work requirements
- Plan well in advance to execute tasks/assignments timely in line with required quality standards & attrition Analysis - Insight generation and present to HR and required stakeholders
- Collaborate with HMs, new hires and Corp Comm team for timely rollout of Org Announcements for new Joiners
- Submission of comp related inputs to HR Ops e.g. – COLA policy & provide support to HR Team on Onboarding & Induction as and when required & collaborate with HRBPs for preparing any presentations to Division/Business leaders
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent, MBA in HR preferred
- 4+ years of work experience required in HR domain
- Experience in project management in leading large scale projects within HR
