Job Description:
What You'll Do

  • Manage projects to ensure deliverables are tracking to stated timelines
  • Manages staff responsible for coordinating project deliverables
  • Manage Steering Committee meetings and working group sessions
  • Actively participate on complex projects through providing guidance, advice, and effective challenges
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to accomplish shared objectives
  • Responsible for managing business strategies and policies. Develops and implements strategies and enhancements. Improves operations efficiency, mitigates losses, and improves profitability.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You'll Do It

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners
  • Act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate blockers that put project timelines in jeopardy
  • Provide effective challenge and guidance on compliance risks and support lines of business through various interactions and engagements.
  • Determine reporting strategy to ensure information is transparently provided to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Support procedure drafting
  • Update team procedures as needed
  • Develops and implements strategies that improve operation efficiency and mitigates losses.
  • Develops and evaluates forecast models.
  • Establishes effective production and strategy performance tracking. Ensures strategies are performing as expected and implements policy changes in a timely manner.
  • Identifies risks and implements strategies within servicing system limitations.
  • Communicates with operations and systems teams to ensure strategies and tests are being utilized appropriately.


Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting , Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics
2+ years of experience in Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Operations, or related
In Lieu of Education Experience: 4+ years of Programming, Strategy, Automation, Process Improvement, or Project Management and 2+ years of experience with Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Operations, or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
