Job Description:
What Youll Do
Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of accurate, sustainable and timely risk reporting and governance. Enhance and manage risk appetite, key risk indicators, key performance indicators, and develop a standard repeatable reporting strategy to monitor, report, and escalate risk performance. Enhances and manages risk and governance programs. Ensures the accuracy and reliability of data and information within the risk reporting framework.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How Youll Do It

  • Leads, enhances and manages the compilation of reporting and communications for risk and governance programs. Deliver the reports to leadership and Committee/Board reporting.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of risk appetite, key performance and risk indicators and standard reports to assist with managing risk. Partners with the business to develop action plans to remediate issues.
  • Manages risk governance programs and projects and leads risk reporting strategies.
  • Ensures adherence to Corporate Risk reporting requirements. Provides information to enable first lines of defense to proactively monitor and assess current and emerging risks, performance, and develop escalation guidelines.
  • Assess risk at an aggregated level across the Financial Risk Management (FRM) organization. Manage the compilation and standardization of risk reports to support business initiatives.
  • Enhance current reports and the communication of risk and governance programs. Maintain a recurring and efficient reporting and review process and updates to leadership and Committee/Board.
  • Manage multiple reporting schedules, risk governance and projects across FRM team (including but not limited to Liquidity risk, Market risk, Capital and Counterparty risk, Model risk and Credit Reviews) across relevant Committees and Boards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders/teams within and outside FRM to execute reporting mandates and objectives while ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of risk appetite, key performance and risk indicators and provide structured reports specific to FRM risk profile to assist with managing emerging risk.
  • Ensures adherence to Corporate Risk reporting requirements. Provides information to enable first lines of defense to proactively monitor and assess current and emerging risks, performance, and develop escalation guidelines.
  • Assist in overall risk program and project management within the team including operations, governance, and reporting.
  • Create reports and present risk status updates to senior leadership, executive management, risk committees and for regulatory and internal audit exams.
  • Work under minimal supervision and facilitate resolutions/escalations of issues in a timely manner.


Qualifications Youll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration and management, Finance, Law, Information technology or Analytics
  • 8+ years Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Modeling, Statistics, Reporting or related including people management
  • In Lieu of degree 12+ years Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Modeling, Statistics, Reporting or related including people management

  • Professional certification (CRCM, CIA, CPA, etc.) Upon Hire

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
