Job Description:
What You'll Do

  • Manages escalations to ensure they follow the correct protocol, supports the business with applicable remediation tasks
  • Facilitate alignment sessions between key internal stakeholders with assistance from senior team members.
  • Provide support in strategic risk projects, participating actively in the planning, coordination and execution of the workstreams
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Apply risk framework to Participant obligations contained in Network operating regulations
  • Evaluate evidence related to Participant compliance for accuracy and completeness
  • Review legal and commercial documents to understand the participants' activity, structure and associated risk


How You'll Do It

  • Manage relationships between key stakeholders and alignment on deliverable outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders
  • Collect, manage and maintain evidence related to Participant compliance within the system of record
  • Create an accurate and timely reporting of all reviews for internal business partners and senior management to provide transparency and identify processing delays
  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders
  • Create documentation for team processes


Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting , Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics
2+ years of experience in Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Operations, or related
In Lieu of Education Experience: 4+ years of Programming, Strategy, Automation, Process Improvement, or Project Management and 2+ years of experience with Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Operations, or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
