About the location:
A secluded oasis at the edge of an idyllic lagoon! Purpose
Provide administrative, coordination and training delivery support to the Learning and Development Department while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Job Responsibilities
General

Executes all tasks assigned by assigned by respective Supervisors or Managers.

Departmental
-
To provide administrative, coordination and training delivery support to the Learning and Development Department, including: managing arrangements and enquiries, organising meetings, short courses, events and other L&D interventions and activities as directed.

To be the first point of contact for both internal and external enquiries to the team.

To set up and support courses, to recognise and appropriately resolve verbal or written enquiries, seeking advice when required.

To do MQA and HRDC processes (G1& G3), keep records of all refunds and monitor the same

Prepare and deliver core programming for Four Seasons and any other training program required
-
Input all employee learning data on workday and ensure that this is kept updated
-
To help to assist in the operational learning and delivery as required

To set up and maintain accurate records, systems and processes for the purpose of monitoring and reporting and to ensure all information held on training participants and training providers is correct and appropriate

To assist with standards testing and recording; to help plan & deliver trainings as corrective action

To monitor the designated trainers’ program and ensure accurate calculation and backups for the disbursement of the incentive scheme

To work with the Learning and Development team in the coordination and monitoring of facilitators and trainers

To take the lead for specific pieces of project work as identified and requested

To liaise and coordinate all external training activities

To ensure that all learning audit points are complaint, trainings are evaluated and certified as necessary

To perform any cognate duties as assigned from time to time.
Special Requirements
-
Diploma/ Degree is mandatory.

At least one year employment in similar position.

Computer literate, with high competency level in use of Microsoft Office.
-
Working experience in similar category of hotel will be an advantage.
-
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in French and English language.
