Responsibilities:
- Responsible to review correct set up of BOM in SAP such as Schedule Agreements for Raw material ROH and subcontract material LOH, complete Source List,
- Coordinate together with warehouse leader and kanban clerk to have material supply to the machines where is going to run PTR, IRR and customer events.
- Assure material for ramp up with material planner giving priority on materials with long lead time overseas.
- Coordinate to adjust material of new projects that has already incoming that requires to convert to productive material (create inventory and clean engineering rack).
- Coordinate together with logistic department and launch engineer on delivery of samples by truck, packaging (FEDEX, DHL) to external areas (Application team, customer, coating suppliers and other suppliers)
- Responsible to hand over the project to logistic team so they can continue order for mass production based that SAP has been set up for MRP, customer demand is falling properly, PPAP suppliers approved and IRR and customer PPAP has been approved.
- Responsible to coordinate with production control engineer, PTRs and engineering samples production schedule, into the production plan in weekly basis.
Qualifications:
- Desirable experience on new launches or logistic for new launches.
- SAP knowledge on material planning, MRP.
- General APQP knowledge.
- Degree in administration, international trade, industrial or engineering career.
- Core tools.
- English required.
