Job Description
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Avani+ Fares Maldives team members always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their Team Members. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
+ To oversee all gardening duties within the scope of the hotel, with care and concern for the environment of the property.
+ To ensure work is conducted in a timely manner, and to set the gardening work schedule for the hotel.
+ To oversee that the tools provided by the hotel are used in a safe and professional manner, and that they are maintained and looked after, and properly stored.
+ To interact with all customers and Team Members professionally.
+ To ensure that all gardening work areas are kept clean and tidy.
+ To report potential dangers as soon as possible.
+ To take a leading role in the energy and environmental programs of the hotel and advocate the use of environmentally friendly products in the workplace.
Qualifications
To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our Team Members by leading the care and maintenance of the landscaping of the property and to provide a beautiful physical environment for all people who visit and work in the hotel.
