Role: Knowledge Manager
- Responsible for execution of overall KM Strategy for Sigmoid
- Roll out various KM initiatives
- Handhold KM spocs in different teams
- Cross-pollinate KM best practices
- Increase overall engagement and effectiveness
- Communication and reporting on KM activities
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with nature of work undertaken at Sigmoid
- High level exposure to SharePoint and other M365 apps like Power Automate
- Self-driven, resilient, self-learner
- Ability to network across all levels of the organization
- Good written and oral communication
- Can think out-of-the-box
- Total work experience: ideally 5+ years
