About The Role
As a Key Account Representative, you will be an integral part of the Food and Beverage division and will manage chemical stock levels at sites across Queensland.
This is a varied role and hands on role which will require you to conduct laboratory testing, inventory management, equipment checks, basic maintenance and writing service reports. As part of the account administration, you will be conducting business reviews and reporting on sales, business forecasting and P&L performance.
Responsibilities:

Maintain all chemical stock levels onsite including ordering new supplies

Conduct sampling of process tanks, ensuring faults are reported and fixed

Record and accurately enter data into the record keeping system to support operational transparency

Undertake dosing checks including manual dosing and monitoring equipment as per service level agreements

Carry out any equipment reprogramming or recalibration

Build strong working relationships onsite and provide professional onsite support.

Prepare and submit regular reports to keep customers and internal stakeholders updated

Always maintain good housekeeping when performing duties

Conduct laboratory evaluations, run customer trials and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Ensure existing and new programs are controlled according to design parameters and meet customer deliverables

Complete all tasks in line with OHS and environmental policies and procedures, always promoting safety and sustainability

Keep up to date on all chemistry onsite and current product offerings.
About you
-
A strong interest in chemistry, water processes or chemical operations.

You must hold a current driver licence
-
Be willing to travel regularly to customer sites

A diploma or degree qualification in a Chemistry would be highly regarded
-
Demonstrate a mechanical aptitude, with the ability maintain basic equipment

Intermediate level in MS office suite

Accurate data recording skills
-
Be comfortable working unsupervised
-
Demonstrate the ability to liaise professionally with customers and stakeholders
-
A strong, unwavering commitment to safety
