Role Overview:

Reporting directly into the Operations & Sales Director, you will work in close collaboration to reach the strategic and commercial targets on the territory. You will oversee the development of your client portfolio through proactive management of existing customers and the search of new partners.

The prescription of our entrance control solutions towards architects and engineering companies is also an important part of the position.

Technical support is available in abundance and will be on hand to assist you with the design aspect as well as supporting you in meetings or from afar.

You will cover the French territory - this role will require travel to our office in Paris and nation wide.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a client portfolio, both direct and indirect.
  • Ensure the assigned annual sales plan for the role is achieved.
  • Responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with our existing clients.
  • Continuous feed and update of the company CRM working in close relationship with our partners
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service by providing solutions that apply to client needs and continuous support to our partners.
  • Promote our solutions towards main industry prescribers (architects / engineering companies)
  • Communicate to the direct manager opportunity and issues and propose solutions.
  • Set up ways of monitoring performance of clients and ensure appropriate follow ups.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Travel is required.

Requirements:

  • 3 Years sales experience is a minimum
  • Based in France
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Dynamic, open to learning and willing to contribute to the growth of the company
  • Business and customer focused
  • Experience within Entrance Control is not a must but experience within this sector or the security sector may be advantageous if you have the other skills we’re looking for.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to take initiatives / being proactive
  • A good understanding of sales cycles, whether it’s on a new build development or on a retrofit opportunity.
  • Experience dealing with the following will be highly looked upon favourably – Security System Integrators, Electricians / Contractors, Developers, Architects, Facilities Managers
  • Experience in entrance control or selling solutions in the security industry would be advantageous.
