What you will do:

As a Manager for Key Account Management (Group & VIP) at The Fork, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing strategic client relationships, and ensuring the success of a team of Key Account Managers across France & Belgium. You will lead efforts to develop and nurture long-term partnerships with high-value accounts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will also play a key role in shaping strategies, driving innovation, and contributing to the company’s continued market leadership.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of The Fork’s products, offers, tools, ecosystem, and competitive landscape while leveraging expertise in account acquisition through C-level negotiations, responding to tenders, and structuring contracts.
  • Ensure long-term business relationships by securing optimal conditions through innovative projects and user acquisition strategies, while proactively managing complex client relationships to build trust and maintain partnerships.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of key accounts within the portfolio, understanding their strategies, priorities, and leadership, and co-lead strategic discussions with clients’ C-level executives alongside KAMs and Directors of Sales & Customer Success.
  • Develop and secure deployment plans in collaboration with the sales team and Client Partner Services (CPS) while representing The Fork at major industry events to strengthen market presence and create success stories to promote its value proposition.
  • Foster collaboration and clear communication across departments such as CSP, Product, and Customer Care to ensure seamless service delivery and facilitate information sharing within the account team and across The Fork.
  • Promote synergy between regions for global accounts, contributing insights to influence product roadmaps and business strategy while sharing expertise with other managers.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Key Account Managers, driving high performance and job satisfaction while managing HR processes, including recruitment, development plans, and training initiatives, in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Customer Success.
  • Serve as a role model by participating in industry events and guiding the team toward achieving organisational objectives through clear vision and leadership.
  • Define and implement business strategies to drive growth and expand The Fork’s market presence within your area of responsibility, setting and managing team targets and budgets in collaboration with the Team Lead (BTL) and Director Sales & Customer Success FR & BE.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners, leveraging market trends to drive innovation and enhance The Fork’s position as an industry leader.

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management or Sales Leadership roles, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong expertise in client acquisition, long-term relationship management, and securing favourable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align team goals with broader business objectives.
