Role Overview
As Wolt continues its rapid expansion and prepares for an exciting 2025, we are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Cyprus.
Reporting to the Restaurant Sales Development Team Lead, you will take ownership of our most strategic restaurant partnerships, using data analysis and strategic insights to drive success. Your primary focus will be on optimizing restaurant performance, leveraging analytics to inform decision-making, and identifying growth opportunities. While account management is at the core of this role, you will also provide leadership and support to the broader sales and account management team to drive overall business performance.
What You’ll Do
- Key Account Management: Act as the trusted advisor for Wolt’s most important restaurant partners, ensuring long-term success through strategic insights and tailored recommendations.
- Data-Driven Growth: Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; work closely with restaurant partners to optimize menu quality, pricing strategies, and visibility on the platform.
- Strategic Analysis & Consulting: Use data and industry insights to consult partners on business growth, demand trends, and operational efficiency.
- Revenue Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to enhance restaurant sales, customer engagement, and overall market positioning.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) for key accounts, providing actionable insights to drive improvements and efficiency.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to align strategies and enhance partner success.
- Contract Negotiations & Partnership Growth: Lead strategic negotiations with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term profitability.
- Support Team Success: Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales and account management team, leveraging data-driven strategies to improve overall performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in key account management, business consulting, or a strategic sales role, ideally within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and analytics teams.
- Passion for the restaurant industry, e-commerce, or tech-driven businesses
