Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of strategies in accounts under their responsibility
  • Understanding of customers and their structure, following up on Sell In, Sell Out and inventory days, ensuring the execution and monitoring of strategies
  • Work together with account executives, different areas and penetration in customer accounts, monitoring through performance indicators such as Sell Out to ensure the correct execution and implementation of the strategies and/or activities of key accounts.
  • Develop creative solutions to achieve mutual agreements | Commercial Innovation for direct and indirect customers.
  • Ensure good customer and influencer relationships with the company and business unit.
  • Manage customers information through a corporate system, data such as contacts and opportunities.
  • Follow up on them to conclude them in accordance with the established times, as well as the development of reports manages, plans, evaluates and synthesizes the indicators: Sell Out, DOH, DSO, carrying out comprehensive work with the other areas within the DB, and with the client.
  • Allow a clearer vision of the closing times of opportunities as week as new ones.
  • Proactively seeks to consistently achieve and exceed the objectives set by the company, Revenue, Gross and Net objectives.
  • Through the adaptation of strategies, managing investments more efficient, having clarity on the ROI of each execution.
  • Identifying the Power Sponsors and KPIs that influence customers' purchase decisions and strategies.  Through timely planning and execution and teamwork
  • Ensure that the objectives set are achieved, maintaining an adequate sense of urgency, always seeking profitability and efficiency in the management of resources in the accounts.
  • Proactively addresses priorities between the customer and the customer, aligning win-win situations
  • Show clarity about the impact of each decision, constantly seeking to anticipate a changing market
  • Ensure that results are achieved in the short, medium and long term, promoting innovative solutions with a broad vision
  • Building strong, long-term relationships in a positive and effective way
  • Identify the decision makers (Power Sponsors), those people who can influence them, showing a deep knowledge of the business and the needs of each of them (KPI's) offering solutions and support in a relationship with an environment of security and trust (win-win situation).
  • Ensure that results are achieved in the short, medium and long term, promoting innovative solutions with a broad vision.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, economy or similar
  • Must be fluent in English
