About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth through retention, expansion, and upselling initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring high retention rates and identifying new opportunities to expand adoption of Polycam’s technology. This position combines relationship management, revenue generation, and deep product knowledge to help customers extract maximum value from Polycam's 3D scanning technology.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and executing upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
- Own the renewal strategy and execution, maintaining a 95%+ renewal rate across your portfolio.
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop comprehensive retention strategies.
- Develop and implement account expansion plans to grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Create compelling business cases to drive adoption of additional Polycam products and features.
- Monitor usage patterns and engagement metrics to uncover new upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with customers to align Polycam’s solutions with their evolving business needs.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews focused on ROI, adoption metrics, and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless implementation and feature adoption for pilot programs.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of account management experience with a proven track record of retention and upselling in SaaS or enterprise software
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through strategic expansion initiatives
- Experience managing high-value book of business with enterprise customers
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience working within Zendesk

- Knowledge of 3D modeling, point clouds, and reality capture workflows
- Previous experience managing teams
