OUR ROLE

Join Fiskars Group Key Account Management team as Key Account Manager to continue to develop named customers in Sales Unit Finland. Your main responsibilities will be to implement and further develop our growth strategy with your dedicated customers. You will be operating with our full product offering with the support of a high-performing team. You will focus on producing sustainable growth by building our business with the current customers, but also open new business opportunities for our brands and iconic products. This position is full-time, hybrid and permanent based in at our HQ in Keilaniemi, Espoo, Finland, and reports to our Head of Key Account Management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP?

Responsibilities:

  • Sales planning and forecasting

  • Achieving agreed sales targets while securing profitability

  • Planning and executing marketing activities with your customers

  • Reporting

  • Total customer management from daily operations to annual negotiations

  • Joint business planning together with your customer team

WHO YOU ARE?

To succeed in this position:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably from FMCG, and have managed accounts for relevant retailers (e.g. Kesko or SOK).

  • In your professional experience you have a good understanding of working with premium brands.

  • You have a can-do attitude, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization.

  • You are used to working under pressure and handling multiple projects with different types of customers, environments, categories, and cross-functional teams at the same time.

  • Your approach to business is consumer-centric, fact-based, and analytical.

  • You are skilled in understanding both customer and consumer needs and are able to tailor our offering to support the customers’ business.

  • Building long-term customer relationships and high-quality sales presentations belong to your personal portfolio.

  • The position requires B.SC or equivalent education.

  • Microsoft tools and Power BI are more than familiar for you to use.

  • You are outspoken and get easily along with different personalities.

  • Your way of working is structured and respects the agreed timelines.

  • You are fluent in both Finnish and English.
